I can't believe how quickly September has slipped away. Between working 19.75 hours a week at St. Joe's and taking two normal courses at Knox, and my Field Ed. Placement I feel like I'm keeping very busy. And now that I have to be at the same church every Sunday for my placement I've found I have far less freedom to up and do something on the weekends. That said, with book reports and regular class readings and service prep I've not had a lot of time on the weekends to up and get away anyhow. But life is good. It feels a little strange being back at school... I'm enjoying it an all, but I've learned that there is no better teacher than experience and reflection upon experience.
As an aside, I was preaching at Irskine Presbyterian Church this past Sunday (pulpit supply) and showed a video as part of my sermon. It's such a great video that I'm sharing it with you as well. Enjoy!
