It's Been a While

So appearently it's been a while since I last blogged, so I figured since i should probably be working on something else at the moment, now would be a good time to put something up. Life has been kinda crazy the past month. There have been joys and struggles and life changing events, but over all, God has been so faithful and so life is good. Josh still doesn't have a job yet - which is a little disapointing, but we're trying to keep our chins up. School is school, only I really wish it were finished by now. I have officially been in school for 20.5 years now and still have 1.5 years to go... never mind the CAPPE training and certifcation and ordination I still have to complete after all of that. It seems as though it is never ending. But I do have something to look forward to in the spring! Specifically, I have recieved a full scholarship for a 1 month course that will involve a month long trip to Africa, more specifically to Kenya!!!! I'm super excited and can't wait to go. But until then, I will continue to plug away at school. Oh and on a side note, I'm preaching this Sunday (the first time I have preached in a church) which is pretty cool and pretty exciting. I've been given John 2:13-22 as a text (Jesus clearing the temple) so we'll see what comes of it (feel free to pray for me cause I know I can use all the help I can get). Well, that's all the exciting news I can think of for now. Hopefully I'll post something again soon.
