Busy, busy

It's been over a week since I last posted on my blog, but I can say that I really haven't spent any time playing on the internet either over this past week. I've been working hard to get my advanced educations application together (writing papers like: my theory of personality; my theology of spiritual care; my autobiography in 1000 words or less; my professional goals.... I think you get the point). I've sent in the first half of the application now and am just waiting to be assigned to a consultant to whom I will send the second half. What else have I been up to over the past week? A lot of sleeping.... Monday I was in bed at 9pm and Wednesday I was sleeping at 8:30. It seems the whole group of us residents have sort of hit the wall.... so much to do.... plus all the emotional stress that comes from being with patients in their pain and dark places .... But I'm feeling well rested now! and I'm looking forward to another week! I've got to run for now, but I'll try to get more of an update up later.
