The Chaos of Moving In
Our new living room
Our Extra Bedroom/Office (so exciting to have this extra space)
Our kitchen... a little squishier than our last one... I will say that these apartment pics were all taken on the Saturday and Sunday that we moved in... since then there are far fewer boxes around. I'll try to take some more pics once we have stuff hung on the walls.
This is a view from our balcony on the 19th floor looking down at the street below on the first snowy day since we moved in.
A beautiful sunny morning view of the hospital where I work. I love that I can see my work from my window (this picture literally shows how I walk to work each morning).
As part of my work at the hospital is the on-calls of course and now that I live so close they don't feel like quite the inconvenience they once did. This is a picture of an African Violet that one family gave to me after being with them at the time of a loved one's death. It's very pretty, I only hope I can keep it alive - I hear they are very picky plants.
Already there have been changed in the neighbourhood - this building was once full and now it's a pile of rubble being cleaned up... not sure the whole story, but it was neat to watch the changes each day as it was pulled down.
Finally, this is today - the first day this winter where there were cancellations in the area. I really feel that for Hamilton this winter was the winter that never happened.

I think you should refer to your office as The scrapbooking room. Then you can take it over.
If I can keep african violets alive, so can you! Just don't let water sit on the leaves, they don't like that.
Awesome view by the way!
