Well, I’m supposed to be working on my take home history exam and my 8-week lesson plan assignment right now, but instead I decided to post a blog (to get me in a writing mood is my excuse). So much is happening in my life right now… the past few weeks have been crazy as I’ve been working desperately trying to get everything finished on time for school, plus I got an email the other week asking me to apply for a job at the BCOQ head office. So after much deliberation (cause the job would mean the end of being a full time student) I decided to apply, and now I have an interview on Monday morning.
Easter was busy and involved way too much driving. Shannon was dropped off here Thursday evening so she could catch a ride with us to see her family. We went to visit Josh’s Grandparents Friday afternoon (after going to church of course) then from there drove to meet the rest of Josh’s family (save Rae-Lynn) at their new house in Goderich – a very nice house I must say… really made me want to buy a house! Then after spending Friday evening touring their new church and seeing the house, we spent Saturday morning pulling old wallpaper down and getting the house ready for some new paint. Then we drove up to Chatsworth for the rest of the Easter weekend. And once Sunday evening rolled around, we drove Shannon back to Brock then finally arrived home. We used almost two tanks of gas!! But it was a nice weekend.
Anyways, I should really get back to work – especially if I’m planning of taking time off this afternoon to get a haircut.
